Common questions

The details.

How long is the attribution window?+
60 days from the first click. If a customer clicks your link, leaves, then comes back within 60 days to purchase — the sale attributes to you. Same for discount-code orders: anytime they use your code, it's yours.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts run on the 1st of every month for the prior month's commission. No minimum threshold — even $5 in commission gets paid. You'll get an email from Tremendous with payout options (PayPal, Venmo, Visa prepaid, ACH, charity donation).
Can I use this on TikTok Shop?+
Yes. If your audience clicks your Dr. Tattoo affiliate link or uses your code on drtattooskin.com, that's your commission. We're also planning a TikTok Shop integration in late 2026 — affiliates onboarded now get first access.
Do affiliates get free product?+
Not as a default — we want every affiliate to recommend products they've actually paid for or genuinely use. That said, top-performing affiliates and active tattoo artists may be invited into a seeding program. Get started, drive some sales, and we'll talk.
Are there content rules?+
Yes — but they're light. Don't claim our products are medical treatments, don't disparage other brands directly, and follow FTC disclosure rules (#ad, #affiliate, "I get a commission" — the usual). We send a one-page affiliate guide after approval.
What if I have a bigger audience? Can I get a higher rate?+
Yes. Once you've generated meaningful volume — or if you're coming in with a real platform from day one — email hi@drtattooskin.com with your numbers. We have a VIP creator tier with higher commission, custom landing pages, and seeding.
What about taxes?+
U.S. affiliates earning over $600/year receive a 1099-NEC at year end. Tremendous and Social Snowball handle the paperwork — you'll be asked to submit a W-9 on your first qualifying payout. International affiliates: payment is in USD, you handle taxes per your country's rules.
