Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: March 31, 2026
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
What this means
Dr. Tattoo Skincare doesn't sell personal information for money. However, like most online retailers, we use advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar) that may receive online identifiers — cookies, device IDs, page activity — to help us measure ad performance and reach the right audiences. Under California law, this exchange qualifies as a "sale" or "share."
You have the right to opt out of this at any time.
How to opt out
Choose any of the following:
- Use your browser's "Global Privacy Control" signal. Most modern browsers and privacy extensions support this. We honor GPC automatically.
- Email us at hi@drtattooskin.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell" and your registered email address.
- Adjust your cookie preferences using the cookie consent banner on our site (if displayed in your region).
We'll process your request within 15 business days.
What we don't do
We don't:
- Sell your name, address, or contact information to data brokers
- Share your information with platforms that aren't directly tied to our marketing or operations
- Discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights — your prices, products, and service stay the same
Other California rights
California residents also have the right to know what we collect, request a copy, request deletion, and correct inaccuracies. See our Privacy Policy for details, or email hi@drtattooskin.com.
Authorized agents
You can use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask you to verify your identity and the agent's authorization.
