Welcome to Dr. Tattoo Skincare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order, creating an account, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase from us.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Dr. Tattoo Skincare ("we," "us," "our"). You can reach us at hi@drtattooskin.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or create an account. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or country of residence.

3. Products and orders

We make every effort to display products accurately — colors, packaging, ingredients, and pricing. Slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing or product errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you promptly.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is charged at the time of order.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Once your order is confirmed, the price at the time of order applies.

5. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

If you sign up for a Subscribe & Save subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file at the recurring interval you select (30, 45, 60, or 90 days depending on the product), at the discounted subscription price in effect at the time of each renewal.

You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel any active subscription at any time through your account at drtattooskin.com/account, or by emailing hi@drtattooskin.com. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next renewal will apply to that shipment.

Subscription pricing reflects an ongoing discount and is contingent on remaining enrolled. We may modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email.

6. Shipping & returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Not medical advice

Dr. Tattoo Skincare products are cosmetic skincare. Information on this site, including blog posts, the Routine guide, FAQs, and product copy, is for general education only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

If your tattoo shows signs of infection (spreading redness, warmth, swelling, pus, fever, or worsening pain), seek qualified medical care. Consult your tattoo artist or a healthcare provider for personalized aftercare guidance.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies, review the full ingredient list before use and patch-test as needed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, logos, product names, packaging design, the Fresh → Recovery → Healed stage system, and the Routine page — is the property of Dr. Tattoo Skincare and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

9. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our site, you grant Dr. Tattoo Skincare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove user content that is inappropriate, off-topic, or violates these Terms.

10. Account responsibility

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@drtattooskin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Tattoo Skincare's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Tattoo Skincare and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Henderson, Nevada , and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes to subscription pricing or auto-renewal terms will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
