Shipping Policy
Fast. Tracked. Free over $40.
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from our U.S. fulfillment center. Orders process within 1–2 business days. Transit takes another 2–5 business days, depending on your distance from us.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day. Subscription renewals follow the same cutoff.
Shipping method & cost
We use USPS Ground Advantage for every order — reliable, trackable, and the right speed for skincare.
- Orders $40 and over: free shipping
- Orders under $40: live USPS Ground Advantage rate calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
Transit time
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days. Closer regions arrive faster; rural and remote addresses may take the longer end of that window. USPS handles the actual transit — we can't speed it up once it leaves us.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a USPS tracking number. Click through to follow it in real time. If you don't see the email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hi@drtattooskin.com.
Where we ship
Right now we ship to the 50 U.S. states, plus APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
International shipping is on the roadmap for late 2026. Join our newsletter to find out the moment we go live in your country.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email hi@drtattooskin.com with your order number. We'll file a claim with USPS and either replace the order or refund you — whichever you prefer.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, we can't change the destination. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
