Returns & Refunds

Sixty days. That's the window.

If a product doesn't work for you, contact us within 60 calendar days of receiving your order and we'll initiate a return. No interrogation, no restocking fee, no friction. Email hi@drtattooskin.com with your order number and we'll send you a USPS return shipping label.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • Returned within 60 days of delivery
  • In its original packaging
  • At least 75% remaining for opened products — we want you to actually try it, but we can't restock a near-empty bottle

Don't ship anything back without contacting us first. Items returned without a prior request can't be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email hi@drtattooskin.com within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately — replacement, refund, or store credit, your call. Photos help us move fast.

What's not eligible

  • Sale items and gift cards (final sale)
  • Bundles where only one product is being returned — return the whole bundle
  • Items damaged from use beyond reasonable trial

EU customers — 14-day cooling-off

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, for any reason. The same condition rules apply (original packaging, 75% remaining for opened products). Email hi@drtattooskin.com to initiate.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you within 2 business days to confirm approval. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to display the credit — that's outside our control.

If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and the refund still hasn't shown up, contact hi@drtattooskin.com and we'll trace it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap is to request a return on the original item and place a new order separately. We don't hold exchanges — it slows everyone down.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same 60-day return policy per shipment. To pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel an upcoming shipment, log into your account or email hi@drtattooskin.com.

How to start a return

  1. Email hi@drtattooskin.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with your USPS return label and instructions
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location
  4. Refund processed within 10 business days of us receiving the return
